No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy for Soleil The Salon PTY LTD

1. General Cancellation Terms
   - We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
   

2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours / No Show
   - If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time or do not show, a charge of 50% of the service price will be applied. This charge will be processed through your original payment method.
   

3. Exceptions
   - We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
