Terms of Booking

By booking an appointment with Soleil The Salon PTY LTD , you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

All online bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.Deposit amounts are set at the discretion of Soleil The Salon and will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy (48 Hours Notice)

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment may have the deposit transferred to a future booking (at the salon’s discretion).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and incur a 50% charge of the clients booking. No shows will incur a 100% charge of their booking.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in loss of the full deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings or refusal of future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in:

  • A shortened service time, or

  • Cancellation of the appointment if the delay impacts subsequent bookings.

If an appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
No refunds will be given for change of mind. If Soleil The Salon needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred, at your choice.

6. Services & Results

All services are provided based on professional consultation and client disclosure. Results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and maintenance. Soleil the Salon is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed prior treatments or failure to follow aftercare advice.

7. Pricing

Prices are indicative and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service time. Additional costs will be discussed during consultation where possible.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Agreement

By making a booking with Soleil the Salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
